SINGHAM - THE LION - THE TRUTH

we call Mata or her darbar as " sache darbar ki jai"

Maa is called Sherawali. She is the Truth Godess.

Our national Emblem is represented by lion. "Sathya Meva jayate" is written under the emblem of Ashoka. King Ashoka had made his capital as Lions Capital. He had vision to create a Global Society.

Sub Period of Sathya Yuga in Kali Yuga is going to start in 2012 after a massive earth shake. Collective conciousness of people is going to shift to a more meaningful and social uniting one though with major loss to lives and infrastructures. From August 2011 onwards nature is going to warn us on this major natural calamity so that we prepare to face the same.

Being with the nature and living in harmony with the nature can create more safest heaven on the earth during this period.

Corruption will be wiped out slowly with stringent laws making it diffcult for anyone to make easy money. Corrupt people will be punished and corrupt practices all will come to light.

MONEY IS NOT BLACK

HOW CAN MONEY BE BLACK?

I am proud to be an Indian. I am also proud that I was born on this land of Bharat which has ancient history and great scriptures like Manu Smiriti or Manu Samhita which is also considered as Dharma Shastra. Manu is considered the grand child of Bhrahma the creator. It is elided that Bhrahma gave 1,00,000 codes of law’s to Manu to follow in life. Manu reduced the codes to 4000. Civil law’s, social obligations, ceremonies connected with birth, marriage, death, the daily duties, code of conduct to observed by people belonging to the various Varnas or caste, the conquest senses, freedom from lust and greed, education, law of state punishment are some of the major topics dealt with at Great length in Manu Smriti. This knowledge was to impart others which had nearly 200 verses in it. Samriti lay down Dharmic loss for regulating the individual, family, social and national obligation of people .They explain the codes of conduct for mankind in day to day life. Upanishads teaches us to renounce the worldly attachment and surrender to God and thereby surely part of God realization. In spirituality silence is considered as best and final stage of teaching to all those who want to learn. Through silence one can automatically gain knowledge with the divine grace.
Nowhere in our ancient scripture it is mentioned that there will be an occasion to deal with black money. Because money which is worshiped as goddess Lakshmi, who is the consort of lord Narayana remains always as white. It is the black collective consciousness of people at the helm of affairs in the administration and in the governance in the past since independence, who are solely responsible for allowing the money to be stacked outside India.
In yoga there is Yama (abstention) and Niyama (observances) to be followed with a disciplined life to build good character and to abide by the words “Satyam Vadha Dharmam Chara” means speak always truth and follow the path of righteousness so that one can perform good deeds to fulfill his or her duties as a enlightened human being.
There are different meanings to the name of leader, Saint, Rishi or Baba. Mixing these names in a changed environment and performing the deeds to cleanse the dirt created by others may make a person to fall into a different Varna. We can only say the creator of dirt lacks the necessary character, qualification and patriotism. Those people are the one who have lost their senses and full control and allowed their mind and soul to go after the material objects for pleasure. Are they good or bad? Are they right or wrong? Who are we to judge?
It is written in our scripture “YATHA RAJA TATHA PRAJA”. It seems these words are completed understood are well taken by the people who have lured into stacking money outside. All the stories of god and goddess are to teach code of conduct to all of us and educate us to understand the right and follow the path of truth and righteousness for living in happiness. Our former president Dr.A.P.J.Abdul Kalam was of the opinion that only father, mother and primary school teacher through students can eradicate corruption from the country. He was also the opinion that no law or rule can make India free from corruption. Such words coming from person holding highest office of the country speaks about the lack of will, determination and sincerity of government in handling the sensitive case like bringing back the black money.
In government there is a policy that you cannot hold 2 office of profit at the same time. It is an advice to Baba not to hold two post yoga guru and cleanser of corrupt system in India, as the evil forces of all political parties and business class may join together to wage a war against anti corruption. Then Baba may have to shed his sacred saffron robes and accept the complete white robes, resembling the modern Indian political class. It is another Maha Bharat war. Hence it is better to keep an ultimate Brahmastra against all those corrupt babus, businessmen and politicians. Even Lord Vishnu carried his ultimate “Sudarshan Chakra” on index finger scaring all the evil forces.
After all, it is the battle of index finger of votes in our democratic country India. We must elect the right Raja by becoming the awakened Praja of our country and it is again a matter of code of conduct for all Indians to become corrupt or to remain always honest.

DHYAN

Has any one seen GOD ?

Yes or No ?

We all know it is not so easy to see GOD. We know how young Vivekananda encountered with HIS MASTER to show him GOD. Vivekananda became Swami Vivekananda had made India proud by his flow of wisdom.

Yes, It is just not possible to see GOD in ones life. But Yes you can experience the GOD.

There are ways to master this art to experience the GOD.

First you have to seek MOKSHA. I don’t mean you accept the DEATH. It is shedding all your desires right now. Zeroing the desire and then reaching a state of total ZERO desires is a state of MOKSHA. In sanskrit words “Moha kshaya iti mokshaha”

The most important and precious desire we all have is our LIFE. If we leave the desire to LIFE and surrender it to the Supreme then one becomes total purified.

Once we get this purity of mind and purity of thought, we need to focus on purity of action. That is knowing well that you can’t get GOD in this life, you still try to see him by everyday efforts. I call it DHYANA. Pure action for none, other than the SUPREME.

As we proceed in this DHYANA, we start experiencing the light of SUPREME in us. It is actually the GLOW of GOD.

Dhyana is concentrating on the form of the diety of the mantra (Kularnavatantra, chapter 17)

Dhyana is to hold the form of the deity in the conciousness without interruption (Prapanchasaratantra)

Dhyana is of two type (1) Saguna Dhyana, meditation on God with form and attributes, and Nirguna Dhyana, meditation on God without form and attributes.
Doing breath suspension and meditation on the diety is saguna dhyana and mediation on the supreme being without form is nirguna dhyana. Nirguna Dhyana leads to Samadhi.

When concentration reaches the non dual conciousness (seeing supreme being in each and every particle) that is dhyana.

Concentration on the universal form of God, realized by concentration on mantra, and blissful in the HRIT centre (Spiritual Heart) (Katvalyopanishad 5)

Eyes cannot see the supreme being nor can words express it – nor can it be reached by other senses and cognitive faculties. The supreme being is only revealed in dhyana. Dhyana (true meditation is only possible when consciousness is spiritualised by purity of knowledge of the self. (Mundakopanishad 8.1.8)

RAM NAVAMI - DAY FOR SAMADHI

There are two Navaratra, Ashwij month and Chaitra month. Two are celestially fixed duration of movement of earth around the Sun. From Chaitra month we move upward (Uttarayana) hence the time is ripe to build powers of energy in self. Time after the month of Ashwij is dark hence we need to protect ourselves by burning all bad qualities. By dahana. Asur qualities dahana.

So both these navaratras are important days to purify self. The ways to do so are simple.

Arpan

Tarpan

Samarpan

These are the three ways to reach to GOD by purification.

Science says, religious practices such as fasting, charity and self less service cause the the MOOLA energy to flow to higher centers faster than any other flow. Modern science says this as the chemical changes produced by the endocrine glands, ductless gland whose secretions mix with the body’s bloodstream directly and instantaneously.

We have volcanic energy at our MOOLA. This energy gets multiplied as we indulge in act of creation: an act which has GOD’s supervision. But if you allow GOD to manage the complete flow of energy from MOOLA to SAHASRARA ; upward flow of energy to higher centers if maintained without break one can attain a state of beyond TATVA.

There are five TATVAs : earth, water, fire, air, and akash. These TATVAs play with our charkas to create karmic programmes(KPs) KP’s get unfolded when there is disconnection with GOD. Melific effects of KPs can be prevented by getting DIVINIZED. In other words GODs proximity can prevent you from getting harsh punishments of KPs. Like you make friendship with a Police officer of local station 24X7. You never get a chance to do wrong.

As per Ancient Indian Science (AIS) Svara yoga one can master the techniques to identify the TATVAs in the body, which makes one accomplish much by using the least possible amount of energy. By the constant practice of kshata chakra bhedana and by doing continuous mantra japa one can transcend the TATVAs which dominates the five basic centres of the body ; first five charkas, there by achieve non dual consciousness that liberate them from the illusory word of MAYA.

The energy at MOLA is something which can even command the nature. It is like energy kept in one pan of a balance and human tying to balance it by ejecting it out through the other pan so to reach to the ZERO. BUT it is a momentary state. Permanent state of ZEROness cab be achieved if we move the energy to upward by holding on all our vasanas (pleasure).

So the perfect way to reach to the state of ZEROness, ONEness or SAMADHI is by offering the ultimate desire one holds. That’s Samarpan of PRAN.

When the Kundalini is raised up to sahsarara chakra, the illusion of “individual self” is dissolved. One becomes realized with the cosmic principles that govern the entire universe within the body. One receives Kamadhenu and becomes Siddha. Sidha in ever Samadhi state.

What Samadhi stands for is explained below:-

When the deeper concentration of supreme Brahman also disappears by itself within, there arise nirvikalpa Samadhi – in which all talent impressions of feelings are eliminated. (Annapurnopanisah 4.62)

When the uniform concentrative conciousness is dissolved by the most intensified concentration, there remains only the being of supreme conciousness ( Annapurnoanishad 1.23)

When concentrative conciousness is lost it is samdhi (mandalabrahmanopanishad 1.1.10)

Samadhi is that state in which”I” consciousness and supreme consciousness become one. It is without duality and full of bliss, and therein remains only supreme consciousness. (Shandilyopanishad 1.11.1)

As a crystal of salt thrown into water dissolves in water and becomes one with water so the state in which unity in “I” consciousness and supreme consciousness is achieved is called Samadhi. (Saubhagyalakshmi Upanishad 2.14)

Samadhi is that in which the I consciousness (ekta) merges in supreme consciousness (Gandharvatantra, chapter 5 p 26)

Samadhi is that in which the conciousness in deepest concentration and awareness becomes united with supreme conciousness. (Darshanopanishad 10.1)

When consciousness reaches a state in which it becomes uniform (nondual) it is Samadhi.

That state of consciousness in which there are no objects, no passions , no aversions, but there is supreme happiness and superior power, is Samadhi. (Mahopanishad 4.62)

That state in which the mind is devoid of restlessness. I ness, pleasure pains, and in which consciousnesss is absolutely motionless like a rock, in deepest concentration, is Samadhi. The state in which there is tranquility is Samadhi. (Annapuropanishad 1.49-50)

Samdhi is that state in which cosciouness is only in the nature of the object concentrated on and is still, like the flame of a lamp in a aindless place, and from which the feelings of the actions of concentration and I-ness (Iam concentrating) has gradually disappeared. ( Adhyatmopanishad 35)

The mind operating at the sensory level is the root cause of all worldly knowledge. If the mind is dissolved, there will be no worldly knowledge. Therefore keep the consciousness fixed on the supreme being in deepest concentration. (Adyatmopanishad 26)

The continuous flow of consciousness in the form of the Brahman, the supreme being in which the I ness has been dissolved, is called sam prajnata Samadhi. It is attained by prolonged practice of dhayana. (Muktikopanishad 2.53)

By sensory control, control of desires, concentration, and ascesis a yogi will be in Samadhi. In Samadhi all love is directed toward the supreme being. One is fully attached and absorbed in Him and experiences all bliss in Him. From Samadhi, knowledge contained in the word form (pranava) is revealed to the Yogi.

The state in which consciousness is in soncentartion and is illuminated by the divine light – without any desire – that super consciousness state is called Samadhi.

UGADI : CELETIAL AUSPICIOUS DAY TO CELEBRATE

March 15, 2010, NEW DELHI – Ugadi is the New Year’s Day, the people of Karnataka and Andhra Pradesh. The Word Ugadi (Yugadi) came from yuga + aadi, yuga means era, aadi means start, The start of an era.

This year 2010 Ugadi marks the beginning of Vikruti Nama Samvatsaram as per Panchanga. The Panchanga is nothing but a yearly calendar followed by the people.

On this ocassion of Ugadi, people make a recipe called Bevu Bella or Ugadi Pachadi. This is a special preparation prepared in every home on this New Year’s day.

Bevu Bella, or Ugadi Neem leaf Pachadi, is an indispensable offering on Ugadhi, the Kannada and Telugu New Year day. This unique Bevu or Neem leaf preparation symbolically represents the different facets of life – sweet and bitter experiences of life.

BECOMING ZERO

A Pursuit Of Balance - Becoming ZERO

We begin our life existance with ZERO. Our life starts running on borrowed state. We borrow first from MOTHER and then from the NATURE. We try to balane it by carrying out actions to repay but in the process land up borrowing more and more from the NATURE. We exert ourself in the name of achieving success. Success which has no value and contribution to the NATURE. The DEBT remains. NATURE's BANK never gets bankrupt. But our intentions in life should not be to LOOT the bank. Rather do some rich fixed deposits. Deposits which can accrew some good persentage of interest for the comming generations to enjoy. Yes without touching the seed money and the capital fund of the NATURE.

What is our NEED ? Why are we GREEDY ? What is our SATISFACTION level ?
Uncommon exertion can empower us to achieve a new level of success yet must be paired with rest that goes above and beyond what we usually indulge in if we wish to maintain our overall well-being. It is easy to fall into a trap in which we are so driven to succeed that we do so at the expense of our health or our happiness because we do not fully understand the relationship between our need for satisfaction and our need for wellness. It is like having a heart attack at the finishing point of a MARATHON race. Life has become like a mad MARATHON. We all participate in this race by our GREED. No purpose NO aim. Knowing well that the winner will be ONLY ONE. Why cant we make that ONE as our MALIK. OUR LORD. And give the winning SHIELD of MARATHON to the POWER of ONE.

We can pursue our purpose diligently without feeling tense or strained by simply modifying our life style and other areas of our lives to ensure that our existence does not become imbalanced in the NATURE. When we are similarly industrious in our quest to achieve equilibrium, stress will not impede our progress. One will find that one can apply self to one's goals without exhaustion today when one give self plenty of time to recover.

One may feel tense some time and unable to concentrate on the rigors of usual routine. But obligations may require you to undertake activities that tax you mentally and physically because they require you to venture outside of your comfort zone or use your body in a new way. In other words you are FORCED. You will likely find that you can successfully take on these new responsibilities but that these pursuits exhaust you. To maintain your well-being while also conquering the duties fate puts before you, you may need to rest between each activity to see the ZERO of a balabce. Ensure that you are giving 100 percent of yourself to each of your tasks, You will become ZERO. The perfect BALANCE in life.

DIVINE LOVE - TOUCH OTHERS WITH MY LOVE

Before you go to sleep at night, think about MY love for you. If you'll count your blessings, you will see how I have blessed you in so many ways, through so many things and so many people. Earch os these is a token of MY great love for you, personally.

I ask that you also think about how much love you have given. What did you do today to show love to others, so they too could be touched by MY love ? If you followed the leading of your heart, that little nudge I gave you each time I put an opportunity to show love in your path, you were also touched by MY love. You can't give love without receiving a touch of MY love in return. That's why it can be truly said that it is more blessed to give than receive, that more love is found in giving love than in receiving love. If others don't return your love, I repay, and if they do, you receive doubly, from them and from ME.

How much love do you give? Remember that I have no mouth but yours and no hands but yours to touch other's hearts and draw them to mE Give and it shall be given to you. As much as you have done it to others, you have done it to ME.

Touch others with MY love

Iam SOHAM, Iam HAMSA

Iam JIVA tatva, Iam Jesus.

From JESUS with Love

HOLI BRINGS COLOUR IN OUR LIFE

We believe HOLI is a festival of colour. But in reality it is a festival of colour and water. Day prior to Holi we burn fire. Ancient history has a justification for burning the Holika. Very next day we celebrate HOLI and play with colours and water and create a mood of Happiness. Forgetting the hatredness and spread love and sense of belonging and expressing the feeling of brotherhood and Oneness - Unity.

Ananaya and Dhwami who came to wish me Happy HOLI

On carefuuly examining the festival events and the movements of celetial bodies in our solar system, HOLI day coincides with the day, EARTH enetering inside the invisilble aura of the SUN. First powerful divine rays comming on the Earth. This day gives colourful recharge to our life for a year long validity. Like a prism brakes the white rays of SUN into seven colours of VIBGYOR, the light of SUN's aura breaks through our NARAYAN (water Lord) tatva ATMA to give colour to our jeeva, LIFE Force and to seven CHAKRAS in our inner body. Sprinkling water while playing HOLI is to break the SUN's light to bring RAINBOW colours arround us. The colour so created is divinely felt to have enrtered in our system. We need to Balance our life today. To see our Balance Sheet of our LIFE and make our Business Plan for an year. Delete Bad Debts and make room for Profit - Profit of ANANDA - towards NITHYANANDA, every day profit.

Red for fire - strength, courage- mooladhar chakra - prithvi thathva.

Orange for water - desire - patience and good character-sawdhistan chakra - Jal thatva.

Yellow for fire - Good thinking - happiness - manipur chakra - Agni thatva.

Green - nirasha mein asha - new life - mind controle - Hridaya chakra- Vayu thatva.

Blue - Happiness - coolness - vishudhi chakra -Akash thatva.

Voilet - steadiness -firmness- spiritual enlightment - individual development - sahasrar chakra - Akash thatva.

So the festival should be enjoyed by sprinkling the water from the front and colours put on face to make a person happy. FACE represents the mood of a person. So making a persons face colourful is forcing a person to be HAPPY through out the year.

Eat sweets and make life sweet. HOLI is the DAY to make and firm up our relation and bondage. Hence be with your dear ones on this auspicious DAY.

Happy HOLI. Have full of Colour and Water.

OM.

BE THE DIVINE WATER DROP

Water has its importance in human life. 75% our body contains water element. Our planet Earth has also covered with water. So without water element there is no life. Even Nasa is searching for water existance in moon.

Spiritually our Atma is evolved from Param atma, ie; Ram the life force. It is orginated from Lord Vishnu who is actually sleeping on the bed of snake in the Ksheer Sagar. Vishnu's other name is Narayana. One who is connected with Water "Nara". The word Neeru is derived from Nara. We call it Neer also in some states for water. Ram is avatar of Lord Vishnu. Hence our atma is directely descended from Vishnu. We call Sun as Surya Narayan. Incidentally we give argya to Surya by offering water. To submit to the Lord Sun that we all will come to you in the last form of water.

How true, last rituals of a person who left the human body, is by calling the wandering atma in the Pinda and finally leaving it in the flowing water to send the jeeva-atma to paramatma NARAYAN.

Why we call it jeev atma?

Atma never extinguishes. It is a form of jeeva, a life. It is in the form of jyothi or Prakash and it has direct connection to Sun.

Present day humans are jeeva, a life energy, orginated from Sun. All started from Ram. Our heart beats because of Ram. That's the reason Hanuman showed who resides in his heart by tearing the torso.

RAM gaya tho MAR gaya. What a coincidence. RAM-MAR and GAYA

We dissolve the atma in the flowing water at the purest of place on the EARTH ie: GAYA in India.

Lord BUDHA got his enlightenment at GAYA and preeched BOUDH Dharama.

Do we need to wait to die to get the ultimate destination ? Is there any otherway to reach while living a life ? To reach to the Purest of place ? How to accept the death as JOY and enjoy life to it's best and DIE when you are living and NOT die when you are living in accepted DEATH like situations everyday?

BE THE DIVENE DROP OF RAIN WATER

Yes, we have an opportunity in this life to become one with NARAYANA.

I was in Haridwar recently during the Kumb. Millions Sadhus were waiting for the auspicious time for the Snan in the purest of Ganga. Sadhus were from different AKHADAS and all were illuminating with invissible energy. I wondered. Yes all these Sadhus also wait for the celetial auspicious time to take bath. That means NATURE has final say in deciding the auspiciousness on the Earth.

First thought which came to me was bit difficult to apprehend. But it had it's importance.

When Mata Ganga started her first journey on the Earth, how she encountered the Mother EARTH?

How many Ganaga's were absorbed by the Mother Earth to allow Ganaga to take its final course and destination.

Who is the purest ? Mata Ganga or the Mother Earth, who absorbed many Gangas in her ?

Interesting is Mata Sita is the daughter of Mother Earth. Sita is considered to be the purest who got married to RAM. There is strong connection between RAM - Atma- Paramatma and Sita - Prithvi.

There are millions of water drops in the rain. But there are only few, which are very lucky. They directly fall in the River Ganaga and becomes one with GANGA. Ganga's purest Holly Jal. In seconds it flows becoming GANGA. And yes, has all the holly qualities of Ganaga.

We all have an opportunity in this human life to become like this lucky rain water drops.

ACTION GIVING only GIVING is the answer to become that PUREST and LUCKIEST.

Start PARA UPAKAR. Start an action of GIVING. It opens up your SOUL door. Accepting or taking for self Closes the SOUL's door. See the actions of fingers when you take money and put it in your shirts pocket. Compare it with, when you take out the money from your pocket and giving it some one. Action is 180 degree different.

Let us all U turn from now. Let us start our journey from WOMB to OM and NOT WOMB to TOMB. Do not create your empire. Do not create memmorials.

Let us start the service first with MAA. Begin this action from MAA. Put a smile on your mothers face today and everyday by small actions.

MOTHER. Your own mother. See how nice you start feeling

OM.

SHIVRATRI : A NIGHT TO REMEMBER OUR ORGIN

Shivaratri 2010 is on February 12, Friday
Mahashivaratri falls on the 13th or the 14th night of the new moon during Krishna Paksha in the Hindu month of Phalgun. The Sanskrit term, Krishna Paksha means the period of waning moon or the dark fortnight and Phalguna corresponds to the month of February - March in English Calendar. Shivaratri Festival is celebrated on a moonless night.

According to Hindu mythology, Shivaratri or 'Shiva's Great Night' symbolizes the wedding day of Lord Shiva and Parvati. Many however, believe, Shivaratri is the night when Lord Shiva performed the Tandava Nritya - the dance of primordial creation, preservation and destruction. Celebrating the festival in a customary manner, devotees give a ritual bath to the Lingam with the panchagavya - milk, sour milk, urine, butter and dung. Celebrations of Shivaratri Festival mainly take place at night. Devotees of Lord Shiva throng Shiva temples across the country and spend ‘the Night of Lord Shiva’ by chanting verses and hymns in praise of the Lord. The festival holds special meaning for the ladies. They pray to Goddess Parvati also called 'Gauri', the giver of 'suhag' for good husbands, marital bliss and a long and prosperous married life.

"Ye hi sa sparshaja bhoga dukh yonaya yeva te"

Pleasure born out of contact are only source of pain.

Shivaratri gives us the message to be in spiritual contact with the Universal creatures for a blissful enlightened living in a perfect harmonious relation with one and all. It is day to begin journey from I-ness to Divine Self.

"Aham meva sarvam"
I myself am all.

Shivratri teaches us to understand the supreme principle of Shiva that Iam the Cosmic Power which cretaed everything. Understand the identity of self with Shiva.

Iam the "Bham", Iam Om Bham, Iam OM.

OM.

Maa.

Try to see Maa in Shiva and offer her milk so that all mothers feeds their creation. Shivratri is to see Matra Shakti in Shiv and worship HER as HE. It is Sambhav to see Shiva on this day.

Happy Birth Day "Shiv Sambhav"

NAGA SADHUS-SEEK BLESSINGS

It is a life time opportunity for all those seekers to experience the nothingness in the congregation of naga Sadhus in Haridwar. Naga sadhus have come down to Haridwar to attend Maha Khumbh.

Thousands of naked and semi-clad Naga Sadhus, Indian Holy Spiritually Elevated Men are using the Kumbh mela festival, the world's largest spiritual gathering, this year, to campaign against global warming.

The 3 month Kumbh mela festival started in Haridwar, along the banks of the Mother Ganges or River Ganga on January 14th and it is expected to attract over 5 million pilgrims, many of whom will take the ritual bath in the Ganges.

The Indian holy men are referred to as Naga Sadhus - monks who normally live in quiet isolation in the Himalayan mountains or forests in India but who venture out of their caves and mountain retreats, and descend down to the banks of India's most holy river to take part in the festival which takes place once every 12 years. It is an unique opportunity for the seekers to feel the nothingness for their spiritual elevation amongst these sadhus.

Leader of the 250,000 strong Naga Sadhus says, quotes:

“Since Kumbh Mela is the largest spiritual gathering, we have decided to do our bit to save the planet from global warming. There will be a huge presence of international communities and press during the fair. We’ll utilise the occasion to generate a ‘save the planet’ campaign worldwide,” he said

“We are the first to realise the impact of global warming as it causes glaciers to melt in the Himalayan region. I am telling you from my personal experience, I felt the impact of global warming almost 25 years back. It’s not a very new phenomenon,” he said. The spiritual leader claimed in the Himalyas a few decades back, there were a variety of species of birds and flowers which are being lost due to the effects of global warming."

let us join together to assure these sadhus that their abode "Himalayas" will be protected at all cost. It is becuase of these Sadhus continous meditation and grace on us that we feel protected from all evils of natures fury. We need their grace on us in days to come as we are likely to see more and more natures fury.

Save Himalayas save Earth.

Ganesh Sankashti Chaturthi Vrata, is an auspicious day dedicated to Lord Ganesha in a Hindu lunar month. It falls on the 4th day in a Krishna Paksha lunar fortnight or on the fourth day after full moon or Purnima. Ganesha devotees must observe fast (fasting – upvaas) on Sankashta Chaturthi Vrata days. Today is this auspicious day.

Manthra,
"Vakra thunda mahakaya suryakoti samaprabha nirvignam karume dev sarva karye susarvasa"

Lord Ganesh
One of the most popular Gods in India, lord Ganesh or Ganpati is considered a symbol of wisdom and one who brings good luck. It is said that his elephant head symbolizes everything related to wisdom, long ears that miss nothing, a long nose that can smell anything and his vehicle, a mouse, reflects how much importance a wise man gives to the smallest of life forms. Installed at gateways and on doors, either by visuals or symbols, generally facing the east, Ganesh is revered across India as a great remover of obstacles. Meetings, gatherings, weddings, functions and celebrations begin with a prayer of lord Ganesh and no new venture - be it a new company, a new house, a new shop - is inaugurated without reciting a 'mantra' of lord Ganesh.

Importance
Lord Ganesh is remembered on chauth or chaturthi, the 4th day of every month of the Hindu calender, but Angarak Chaturthi which is celebrated across the India, is the prominent festival among Hindus. Angarak Chaturthi is one of the days when Ganesh pooja is performed by devotees. The meaning of Angarak is planet Mars (Mangal). If anyone worships Lord Ganesha on this day, he can be blessed with benefits of all the Chaturthis of a year. This year Angarak Chaturthi falls on Feb 2, 2010. Today is the day of Pranava. Omkara.

He is the Lord of Wisdom and the remover of obstacles. Remember him today till moon rise. The best way is by keeping a fast. Visit the temple and break the fast after sighting the moon.

Let us all chant "Om Gam" today and get connected to Lord Ganesha. He is going to take us to the world of light of wisdom.

Happy Birth day Pranav. You are AUM.You are akar, ukar and makara. You are Brahma, Vishnu and Mahesh.

Jai Matadi.

Col Kini, Iam writing becuase I have a deep desire to tell you that I was at Cocept Publishing Company's Himalayan Books release at the IIC Annexe on Saturday 20th November and whereas it was always a delight to hear people like Prof Swaminathan, it was your little talk that truely warmed the innermost recesses of my heart. The honesty and sincerity of purpose that was so patently reflected in its emotional spontaneity was indeed reassuring. It restored my faith that the future of Mother Earth would be safe in the hands of young generation like you. I came away elevated in spirit and freed from care and concern about the future of our progeny.

Though our core business is now distinctly focused on movie-making(Chalte Chalte was our maided venture followed more recently by Lakshya which being an Army Officer, Iam sure you must seen), I would like to explore the possibilty of doing a short feature with you on this subject.
Warm regrards
Your sincerely

Usha Balram

We know each other for long time. Kini has lentalways lent a helping shoulder to the needy. His unshakable faith in GOD and his beloved Maa ( Universal Mother) makes him the best soul arround this polluted world.

I believe him next to God.

Miracles are always happening at "His" place and 'his' place!

His words have served half the purpose and I believe strongly that I will get what I want in life.
