Republic Of India - They call your abode,
Army Navy Airforce make your fort,
Coast Guard, BSF and ITBP are your guard,
Police and Paramilitary are to maintain law and order,
RAW and IB are your eyes and ears.
Brave are your citizens who sacrifice for others,
Tears and sorrow are momentary for Indians,
We find solace and happiness despite all heavy odds,
A day in a year we raise our torso in pride,
When we see the gallant being honoured at the Rajpath,
Tears of joy roll out of our eyes, filled with National Pride,
Love and Patriotism reassured in our hearts as we see
Our National Flag fluttering high...
